KETTY DEFFORGES applied to the Minnesota Board of Nursing for an RN license and falsely represented that she is licensed in Alabama.  The documents submitted to support her application did not originate with the Alabama Board of Nursing.  Ms. Defforges, allegedly a Connecticut resident, was ordered to CEASE AND DESIST representing herself as an Alabama licensee on February 2, 2009
