ELIZABETH PHILLIPSof Huntsville, Alabama applied for a licensed practical nurse (LPN) position in the Huntsville area.  Elizabeth Phillips represented that she was licensed in Alabama in 2003.  A Cease and Desist letter was sent to Ms. Phillips advising her to stop representing herself as a licensed nurse.

ELIZABETH PHILLIPS IS NOT NOW NOR HAS SHE EVER BEEN LICENSED AS A LPN IN ALABAMA.
