JANICE DIANA BAILEY of Montevallo, Alabama, represented herself as a registered nurse in Alabama. In 2004, the Board issued Ms. Bailey a CEASE and DESIST order for the same conduct. A second CEASE and DESIST order was sent to her on April 21, 2010. Janice Diana Bailey is not now nor has she ever been licensed as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse in the State of Alabama.
