ALL Applications/Applicants must:
- Be submitted no earlier than ONE year since revocation.
- Be a citizen or legal US resident. For information on meeting this requirement, please refer to the Citizenship/Legal Presence FAQs.
- Demonstrate good moral character. There are Regulatory Questions on the application.
- Be complete. A complete application often includes the following:
