2025 License renewal
The annual renewal period begins at 8:00 am on September 1st and ends at 4:30 pm December 31st. If you fail to renew by 4:30 pm on December 31, your license will lapse and you will no longer be legally authorized to practice. This renewal period applies to individuals with Alabama multi-state RNs, LPNs, MACs, NSTs, as well as APRNs practicing on Alabama multi-state licenses.
