ACTIVE ALABAMA RN LICENSE	An Alabama RN license is renewed every two years, concurrent with CNM renewal.	Login to My Profile section of ABN website. Complete RN and CNM renewal. Fees for Renewal: RN-$100 CNM-$75 Note: There is an additional $3.50 transaction fee. Total Fees: $178.50
VA DOCUMENT	CNMs who are not required by the VA to collaborate must file a copy of the VA APRN Notice of Existing Grant of Full Practice Authority (July 2017) (see button to the right) with the ABN. NOTE: Submission of this form authorizes the ABN to terminate any active collaborations in VA facilities.	Complete and submit the Application for VA Full Practice Authority (see button to the right). Scan and email documents to the ABN at advancedpractice@abn.alabama.gov.
