PLEASE NOTE: All applications must be complete (including supporting documentation, practice documents, etc.) and the Physician Commencement form and fee submitted to the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners, prior to the application deadline, or the application will be processed for the next application deadline.  Applications are approved monthly.  However, applications that require review by the Joint Committee will go forth on the Joint Committee dates.
