The Employer Reporting Service is an alternative for facilities employing licensed nurses who do not utilize the ABN Subscription Service. Click here to see the additional benefits, including real-time license status updates, of the Subscription Service.
Verifying the license status of your nurses reduces the risk of individuals working without proper authorization from the Board of Nursing. You should submit your list to the Board no later than January 31 each year.
Please Note: Participation in the ABN Subscription Service eliminates the need to submit a separate report.
To submit your list, please do the following:
Already Registered
- Login to the ABN Employer Reporting (see buttons at right)
- Select “Remove/Add” to your nurse list
- Click the “Submit Annual Report” button (the list shows the last submission date)
Not Registered
- Register your facility (see buttons at right). Your email address is your login ID
- Login to the ABN Employer Reporting (see buttons at right)
- Select “Remove/Add” to your nurse list
- Click the “Submit Annual Report” button (the list shows the last submission date)
Facilities Change Form
Please use the Facility Change Form (see buttons at right) to notify the ABN of changes in Chief Nursing Officer/Nurse Administrator, mailing/physical address, telephone number, email address, change in ownership, or any other pertinent information.
