To successfully complete the ABN Leadership Institute (LI), participants must complete all three tiers of content. Individuals are not required to complete the tiers in any specific order, but it is suggested that participants progress through each tier beginning with the Individual Tier. Individuals who successfully complete a tier will be awarded with an official certificate of completion per each completed tier.

• Step 1: Complete the corresponding tier's online courses. Use the Tier Course Completion Checklist to track progress.
• Step 2: Complete the corresponding tier's Applied Leadership Activity Worksheet.
• Step 3: Submit the checklist and worksheet to LeadershipInstitute@abn.alabama.gov
• Step 4: Keep up with tier due dates and emails announcing early registration for upcoming events that will fulfill tier requirements.
