Citizenship/Legal Presence
The noncitizenship form and documents must be submitted during each renewal period. You will not be eligible to renew your license until your legal presence status has been verified.
- SSL state-registered nurses even-year renewal.
- Multistate RN and LPN license every odd year renewal
- Single-state LPN license every odd-year renewal
- Medication Assistant permit every odd-year renewal
- Nursing support technician permits every odd-year renewal
- The noncitizenship form includes ABN-accepted proof of legal presence documentation.
